HOW LONG TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Pattern orders are processed immediately and you are sent an email with a link to download the PDF file.
In stock items and kits are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Custom and made to order items may take a little longer. I will give an expected making time for any custom request.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed through our Wix online store for added security and peace of mind.
HOW DO I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?
If you would like to customise an order, to make it a little bigger or smaller, or would like to discuss a unique custiom design just for you, please get in touch via the 'Contact Us' form and we will be in touch quickly to discuss your requirements and provide a quote.,
WHAT IS THE POSTAGE POLICY?
FREE POSTAGE WITHIN THE UK
International delivery flat rate of £20
All items are made and dispatched from the UK via 2nd class post or international standard class post.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and for any associated delivery delays.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and return items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
I cannot accept cancellations on custom orders, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we are happy to offer gift cards at a range of values to give the recipient the flexibility to choose their own present. See the Gift Card Menu for details.
CAN I BUY MORE CORD TO REMAKE MY PATTERN?
If you want to make another piece from a pattern you have already purchased, for a friend or in a differnet colour, Minimise waste and re-order just the right amount of cord and accessories for all my kits. I supply them without the patterns but with sufficient cord and all accessories except table runner dowels (as you can re-use your first). See cord resupply listing in the But One String online shop.
